Finds the businesses

Searches Manitoba, Saskatchewan and NW Ontario for accounting firms, law offices, clinics, engineering firms, small manufacturers and non-profits with 10–100 staff using open business listings and maps. No paid lead lists, no "dollar a lead" — Calas's own finder does it.

📖

Reads their website

For each company it reads their own pages and looks for the signals that matter to IT companies and MSPs: hiring, a second office, a compliance obligation stated on their site, an outdated website or a stated move to new premises. Each gets a fit score out of 100, with plain reasons for how well it fits what you sell.

✉️

Reaches out properly

Checks the address was published on their own site and that their domain accepts email, then drafts a first email using only facts it found, with the source shown — for example, an accounting firm that just opened a second office and is hiring three staff. You approve it. When your inbox is connected, replies are read back in and the sequence stops when someone answers.

How it works

Pick the IT companies & MSPs profile and your territory once. It does the digging; you make the calls.

You pick the target

Choose the IT companies & MSPs profile and the territory. It finds every matching business it can and lists them. Sell something else too? Lead Me also has an any-industry setup wizard that builds a profile from a plain description of who you sell to.

It scores and drafts

Each company gets a fit score and a ready-to-review email built from real facts about them — no guessed names, no filler.

You approve, it sends

Only the ones you approve go out, within a daily cap and with an unsubscribe footer — sent by you with one click on Starter, or sent for you on Lead Me and Team when you press Send for the day. A reply pauses the follow-ups once your inbox is connected.

Who IT companies & MSPs reach across the Prairies

Growing businesses without strong in-house IT are the accounts that turn into managed contracts.

Across Manitoba, Saskatchewan and NW Ontario, the best-fit clients for an IT company or MSP are the organizations that depend on technology but are too small or too busy to run it well in-house: professional services firms in law, accounting and engineering, medical and dental clinics, manufacturers, non-profits, multi-location retail, and fast-growing small and mid-sized businesses. One signed managed-services agreement can mean years of recurring revenue — so reaching them at the right moment matters more than reaching everyone.

Lead Me watches for the signs that an IT need is forming: headcount growth, a new office or location, hiring that implies more endpoints, or a regulated industry with compliance pressure. It reads each company’s own website, scores the fit, and drafts an honest first email built only from what it found — you approve every message.

Questions, answered

Can it find businesses likely to need managed IT?

Yes. It targets the industries that typically outsource IT and scores on growth signals — headcount, new locations, hiring and compliance-heavy sectors — showing you the evidence behind each fit score.

How soon will I have leads?

Pick the IT companies & MSPs profile and your territory in minutes, get a scored list the same day, and we aim to reach around 40 fitting businesses with checked emails in your first 14 days, though results are not guaranteed and you can cancel any time.

Where does my data live, and is this CASL-safe?

Everything runs on our own machine in Canada from public business information only. Every drafted email carries an unsubscribe line and a mailing address, and you approve each one before it sends — CASL is built in.

What Lead Me is, and isn't. It finds and researches businesses from what they publish about themselves — it does not dig into anyone's private life, and it never sends without your approval. It drafts good first emails; it does not promise anyone will reply. It's honest outreach at speed, not a spam machine. These are cold contacts — businesses that haven't heard from you yet — so every email is short, true and easy to say no to. A fit score is an estimate of how well a business matches what you sell, not a promise that they'll buy, and we have no IT companies and MSPs case study yet — you'd be among the first.
