Dispatch Me, plainly
What it does, what it does not do, what it costs, and how to start.
What it does
- Takes your property details by phone (Cara, our AI assistant answers) and the team follows up.
- We check insurance and references by hand before a crew is offered any lot.
- If a crew misses, call us and we will try to send another.
What it does not do
- We are signing up our first crews, so we cannot promise coverage for every lot yet.
- Not a 24/7 service, and not a guarantee that a crew will be free.
- Not software: it is a matching service run by people.
Price
15 to 30 percent of each filled contract, agreed in writing before any job. We invoice the fee after the work. Nothing upfront, no retainer.
The problem
The no-show costs more than the storm.
A missed clearing isn’t just snow on the ground. It’s tenants calling your office, staff slipping on an icy walk, and you chasing a crew that stopped answering in January. Dispatch Me exists for one reason: the crew shows up.
Tenant complaints
Uncleared lots and walks land on your desk first. Every storm becomes your problem when the crew doesn’t come.
Liability on icy lots
Slip-and-fall exposure grows with every uncleared freeze–thaw cycle. Winnipeg winters don’t forgive gaps in coverage.
Crews that ghost mid-season
The cheapest bid in October is the missing crew in January. We check insurance and references by hand before a crew is offered any lot.
How it works
One call. Covered all winter.
1. Tell us your properties
One call or email. Lot sizes, trigger depths, timing — we take the details from there.
2. We look for a crew that fits
We check insurance and references by hand before a crew is offered any lot, then look for one that suits your property and route.
3. One number to call
When snow comes, call the one number. Cara, our AI assistant, takes the details and the team follows up.
4. Backup plan
If a crew can’t make it, we work to send another as fast as we can.

For snow crews
Join our first crews.
We are signing up our first crews, so we can't promise how much work there is yet. Tell us your area and equipment once. When a commercial property that fits comes in, we offer it to you and you decide.
- No cold calls. We talk to the property managers; we offer you the lots that match your equipment and area.
- Less office work. Cara, our AI assistant, takes the intake and the team does the follow-up.
- Seasonal work. Routes are set in fall and run for the season, if we have them to offer.
- Simple terms. Carry commercial liability insurance and show a couple of references — we walk you through how it works when you join.
